Due to Governor Whitmer’s executive order number 2020-21 (COVID-19) which went into effect on 3/24/2020 and will continue through April 13, 2020, all Viperspace staff has been relocated to working from home. While our team is distributed, our production management systems, phone and email systems etc. are hosted in the Viperspace cloud and all services are 100% functioning as normal.
Our support to you will continue as normal with the exception of onsite technician visits. While we are considered “Essential”, we have grounded all support engineers for day to day service. Exceptions may be made by our leadership on a case by case basis for customers that may experience a total service outage at their facilities. All attempts to remotely remediate will be performed before dispatching our team in the field. We have an obligation to service our clients through these tough times, but we also have a commitment to our team members and their families to ensure they remain healthy and out of harm’s way.
